Mysql-It is the database construct the enables PHP and Apache to work together to access and display data in a readable format to a browser.
It's a Structured Query Language(SQL)server designed loads for heavy loads and processing of complex queries.
PHP-It's a sever-side scripting language.It works as it collect and matches dynamic information to meet the request for fresh web pages.
Website visitor requests a perticular page or resources that request accept by Apache and then Apache it sends to the PHP and PHP getting that request and collect require information from the Mysql.

2)type -cmd then enter
3)type-net user username(e.g-administrator) newpassword[type here ur paasword]
4)now your are administrator n operate pc as a administrator in ur college
